(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The sultanate, represented by the Ministry of Information, will take part in Beijing International Book Fair from August 23 to 27.
The sultanate's participation aims to highlight the Omani culture as well as heritage and history. The pavilion will have various literary, religious and historic publications, besides a collection of books about the sultanate in English, Spanish and French.
A corner will be dedicated for programmes and documentaries for visitors to familiarise them with the cultural, heritage and tourist aspects, as well as photos of prominent landmarks of the sultanate.
The sultanate's pavilion will also have a collection of books and publications of the Ministry of Information, as well as publications of the Omani Society for Writers and Literati, University of Nizwa, Cultural Club and the National Records and Archives Authority.
