Riyadh, August 21, 2017, SPA-- 1,151,010 pilgrims arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj rituals since the start of Hajj season until yesterday, an increase of 228,704 pilgrims by 25% compared to the same period last year, according to the daily statistics issued by the Directorate General of Passports today.
The Directorate explained that 1,084,859 pilgrims arrived by air, 60,204 pilgrims by land, and 5,947 pilgrims by sea.
