Cairo, Dhu-Al-Qa'dah, 29, 1438 H., August 21, 2017, SPA -- The Minister of Industry and Trade of Yemen Dr. Mohammed Al-Maitami, met today at the World Bank's branch headquarters in Cairo with the head of the private sector development programs at the bank Nabila Assaf in the presence of the bank's Country Director Sandra Blumenpark and the Egypt, Yemen and Djibouti Program Manager Tracy Mary Lynn.
The meeting was devoted to discussing the joint efforts to mobilize the private sector's capabilities in enhancing the social immunity in Yemen and the central role that the private sector is supposed to play in the comprehensive reconstruction and national reconstruction project, with a focus on supporting small and medium enterprises.
