(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Defense Minister of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak expects a constructive dialogue and cooperation with the U.S. following the visit of U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis to Kyiv.
"I appreciate the support of the United States and the visit of U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis to Ukraine. I hope for a constructive dialogue and cooperation," Poltorak wrote on Twitter.
As Ukrinform reported, U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis will visit Kyiv on August 24, Independence Day of Ukraine, and meet with President Petro Poroshenko and Defense Minister Poltorak.
