Jeju Air to launch 7th route to Japan


(MENAFN) Jeju Air Co., South Korea's leading budget carrier, posted that it aims to start additional flights to Japan to cover the declining request toward China's destination.

The S. Korean firm also announced it intends to dominate new trips on the Incheon-Matsuyama route from Nov. 2, so the total number of Japanese cities it serves will reach 7.

Jeju Air at this time operates journeys to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sapporo as well as Okinawa.

During the previous year, it has transported 1.97 million passengers on about 11 various routes to the 6 Japanese countries.
