Woman loses balance while laughing hard, falls off balcony, dies

In a tragic accident, a US woman, who was sitting on a deck ledge on a balcony, fell off while laughing too hard.
The accident happened when 50-year-old Sharon Regoli Ciferno, a teacher at Pennsylvania's Charles A Huston Middle School and a married mother of two, was on vacation at a friend's place in Mexico.
Sharon's brother has ruled out alcohol as a factor.

Sharon was at her friend's place with her daughter and was sitting on a deck ledge. "She started laughing very hard, and when she put her head back she lost her balance," her brother David said.
"She suffered multiple injuries to her body and brain," he added.
David claimed Mexico's building standards weren't as strict as America's. "There was no back on the deck."
