(MENAFN) The S. Korean firm Samsung Electronics Co. stated that its mobile payment service account stood at 10 trillion won in accumulated transaction volume in the country.
Moreover, Samsung Pay was released in S. Korea in August 2015 adding that it owned 2 trillion won of transactions in during the first 12 months.
On the other hand, the company said that Samsung Pay depends on magnetic secure transmission technology, permitting consumers to make transactions via smartphones.
