Nestle accused of using Atari game in advertisement
(MENAFN) Swiss chocolate marker, Nestle, the maker of Kit Kat is accused of copying the 1970s computer game, Breakout in a marketing campaign.
After Atari had filed a suit against Nestle alleging Nestle of using the game's look and feel, Nestle said it was aware of the lawsuit and would defend itself strongly against allegations.

The legal lawsuit was filed in San Francisco court, and Atari said that claims that the Swiss chocolate maker had hoped to develop "the special place holds among nostalgic Baby Boomers, Generation X, and even today's Millennial and post-Millennial 'gamers'".
