Spanish group to build hotel in Oman's Muriya Jebel Sifah


(MENAFN) A Spanish group is aiming to build a main hotel, which will contain more than 500 rooms, in Muriya's Jebel Sifah resort near Muscat.

Meanwhile, the Spanish group, which is a developer, owner and operator of different hotels in different parts of the world, has its own brand.

Accordingly, both sides have confirmed on the location in Jebel Sifah, while they have prepared the design and now the challenge is to structure the investment.

In addition, Muriya, which is 70 percent owned by Egypt's Orascom Development Holding and 30 percent owned by Oman tourism Development, has a deal with Al Barwani group to build 200 hotel rooms in Jebel Sifah.
