American Airlines to launch new flights to Europe


(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) EUROPE : American Airlines has unveiled plans to expand its operations in Europe with new flights to Budapest (BUD) and Prague (PRG) from Philadelphia, and additional service to Venice (VCE) from Chicago, starting May 4, 2018.

The airline will operate the Budapest and Prague flights with Boeing B767-300 aircraft while the Venice service will be serviced by a Boeing 787-8.

American Airlines has unveiled plans to expand its operations in Europe with new flights to Budapest (BUD) and Prague (PRG) from Philadelphia, and additional service to Venice (VCE) from Chicago, starting May 4, 2018.

'Summer travel to Europe is very popular,' said Vasu Raja, Vice President, Network and Schedule Planning, American. 'These flights will conveniently connect customers from two very important hubs – Chicago and Philadelphia – to exciting markets across the Atlantic.'

Flights from PHL to BUD will depart at 18:25 and arrive at 09:35 the next day. The return flight will depart BUD at 11:35 to arrive back in PHL at 16:00.

Flights from PHL to PRG will depart at 18:30 and arrives at 09:05 the next day. The return leg is scheduled to depart PRG at 11:30 to land in PHL at 15:10.

The ORD - VCE flights will depart ORD at 19:00 to land in VCE at 11:00 the next day. The return flight from VCE to ORD will depart at 14:50 and land in ORD at 18:15.

The new flights will open for booking on August 21, 2017.
