Madrid, Dhu-Al-Qa'dah 25, 1438, August 17, 2017, SPA -- Two people have been arrested, at least 13 are dead and about 50 injured following a terrorist attack in Barcelona, Catalonian President Carles Puigdemont announced according to dpa.
Local authorities said at least 13 were dead, more than 50 injured when a driver of a truck made his way through a crowd of people in downtown Barcelona, in a rare stampede incident in the country's history.
