Venture Active offers a fresh, alternative approach; helping clients to form a more postitive and proactive perspective in regards to maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle. Founder, Ciara Guedesse, uses her passion for healthy living and nature to assist clients with reaching personal goals, by showing them that fitness can be fun and rewarding in multiple ways.

Based in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego, Venture Active was founded on the belief that fresh air fitness is, for some, the optimal approach to achieving health and fitness goals. Ciara, along with her Venture Active team of fitness professionals, differentiate from others in the industry by capitalizing on the mild southern california climate; offering predominantly outdoor bootcamps and classes such as yoga and Ripped Tide (paddleboard fitness). When you live in an environment which affords you the opportunity to be outdoors almost 365 days of the year, why not choose the option that allows you to get healthy and fit while feeding your soul with the nature surrounding you?!

If bootcamp or yoga arent quite your preference, Ciara and the Venture team also regularly organize hikes, kayak excursions, and even doggy paddleboarding! Additionally, the team coordinates affordable, healthy adventures and getaways. Members have participated in exciting outings, such as: camping in Joshua Tree, white water rafting the American River, and hiking Zion National Park! If you're an outdoor enthusiast looking to get fit and healthy while taking in the fresh air and scenery, or looking to expand your horizons participating in exhilerating and visually breathtaking adventures, or both, Venture Active is the team for you.
