Azerbaijani products to be presented at Worldfood Moscow

Azerbaijani products will be exhibited at the Worldfood Moscow International Food and Drinks Exhibition scheduled for September 11-14.

More than 30 national companies willdisplay their products at the country's booth, Azertac reported.

During the event, visitors will also be informed of the country's culture, cuisine, tourism, business and investment opportunities.

In late 2016, with a view to bring the economy to a new level Azerbaijan started promoting the ‘Made in Azerbaijan' brand in foreign markets and developed a number of promotional mechanisms, including participation in international exhibitions.

Azerbaijanhas already showcased its production branded 'MadeinAzerbaijan atGulfood 2017 andProwein 2017 this year.

WorldFood Moscow takes place at the city's Expocentre. The event was launched in 1991. The exhibition high level is certified by the sign of the UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry).

The expo embraces the entire food market and has 11 sectored areas: meat and poultry, fish and seafood, frozen products and semi-processed foods, fruits and vegetables, confections and baked goods, groceries and snacks, preservation, fat-and-oil products, dairy products, tea and coffee, and drinks.
