(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Vice Prime Minister Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Services Hennadiy Zubko says that social establishments must be ready for the upcoming heating season until September 1, while residential buildings until September 15.
'Preparations for the heating season are carried out in line with the schedule. Regional state administrations must complete technical preparations of social establishments until September 1, residential buildings - until September 15, Zubko said at a meeting on preparations for the upcoming heating season, which was chaired by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
At the same time, the minister informed that about 71% of residential buildings had already been prepared for the winter period. As for the social sphere, 80.3% of schools, 81% of kindergartens and 70% of hospitals are ready for the upcoming heating season.
