(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, Aug. 17 (Petra) - A Palestinian security guard was killed and others wounded Thursday dawn after a suicide attacker blew himself up in Gaza Strip.
The spokesman for the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and National Security, Iyad Al-Buzem, said that "a security force stopped two persons who approached the border. One of them blew himself up and was killed. The other was wounded." Several security men were also injured, he added.
The injuries were transferred to Abu Yousef al-Najjar Hospital for treatment, the spokesman said.
