(MENAFN) Moroccan government expected the country's economy to grow at 3.2% in 2018, down from 4.8% this year.
While the government's estimates more optimistic that Morocco's planning agency, which said that the country's economy will grow at 2.9% in 2018.
However, the Moroccan government said its budget deficit is forecasted to shrink to 3% of gross domestic product, down from 3.5% in 2017.
Also, the state news agency MAP said that growth will grow to bounce back this year because of the recovery of cereal harvests after a drought in 2016.
