Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to the Emir of Kuwait, H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of developing them as well as the latest regional and international developments, especially the Gulf crisis. The message was handed by Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani during a meeting with the Kuwait Emir yesterday.
