(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukraine documents all the facts of Russia's violations of human rights in the temporarily occupied Crimea to file them to the international courts.
Spokeswoman for the Ukraine's Foreign Ministry Mariana Betsa said this in a commentary to Ukrinform.
"We are collecting the evidence base of all the human rights violations in the occupied Crimea. We have the cases at the European Court of Human Rights, which have been filed by the Justice Ministry, and the cases at the UN International Court of Justice filed by the Foreign Ministry on behalf of Ukraine. We will submit all the documented human rights violations in the occupied Crimea to the international courts," Betsa said.
She did not mention whether it would be one common document or each violation would be reported on separately as the written documents would be submitted next year. "However, we document all the cases, we collect the evidence of Russia's violations of human rights and international law," the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said.
