Jordan resumes poultry meat imports from Ukraine


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Jordan has lifted temporary restrictions on chicken and poultry meat imports from Ukraine, which were imposed due to the outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza.

This is reported by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

"The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has lifted restrictions on chicken and poultry meat imports from Ukraine, which were imposed due to registration of cases of the outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza," the statement reads.

As a reminder, Hong Kong, Yemen and China have not yet lifted ban on imports from Ukraine due to the outbreaks of avian influenza.
