JEDDAH, 14th August, 2017 (WAM) -- Saudi Arabia has reiterated its absolute rejection of calls to politicise the Hajj during a meeting of the Cabinet in Jeddah on Monday.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency following the meeting, Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, Minister of Culture and Information, explained that the Cabinet would continue its review of the preparedness of all ministries and sectors participating in the service of pilgrims.
He confirmed the importance of providing the utmost levels of comfort, reassurance and security to the visitors to the two holy mosques and other sacred places.
