(MENAFN- AzerNews) Azerbaijani sambo wrestler Javid Garayev has become the winner of the First Festival of national sports and games of CIS countries held in Ulyanovsk, Russia.
He secured a gold medal in the men's 62kg weight class, Azertac reported.
A total of 300 athletes from 10 countries contested 70 sets of medals at the tournament.
