Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 23, 1438, Aug 15, 2017, SPA -- The Ministry of Housing announced today the allocation of 28051 residential units in all regions of the Kingdom in the 7th batch of the program called "Sakani (My Residence)", which aims to allocate and deliver 280,000 units during 2017, including 7700 by supported financing in partnership with banks and financial institutions, 7807 free of charge land and 12544 residential units within the sale program on the map "Wafi" in partnership with real estate developers, bringing the total number of housing and financed units announced by the Ministry since last February to 156008 units.
This came during the monthly press conference held by the Ministry at the Media Center in the headquarters of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) here today to announce its housing and finance programs in the 7th batch, in the presence of the Minister of Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Huqail; a number of real estate developers; businessmen; economists and media personnel.
