(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ANKARA, Aug 14 (KUNA) -- Two workers were killed on Monday in a Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) attack in southeastern Turkey, local authorities said.

A civilian vehicle carrying construction workers was hit by an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in Semdinli district, according a statement issued by the Hakkari governor's office.
