(MENAFN- Arab Times) By Munaif Nayef Al-Seyassah Staff KUWAIT CITY, Aug 14: Four Asians, including an Indian, were arrested in Bayan for consuming alcohol. While patrolling the area, a security officer noticed the Indian who was dancing in the middle of the road. When the officer asked him why he was dancing, the Indian said he was under the influence of alcohol.
During interrogation, the Indian told the officer that his three companions — all Asians — were also drunk and they were inside a vehicle parked on the opposite side of the road. The officer requested for backup, leading to arrest of the four Asians.
