Bahrain declares minor accident at airport
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MANAMA, Aug 12 (KUNA) -- Bahrain on Saturday declared a "minor accident" had taken place involving an American military plane.
The Ministry of Transportation said in a statement "the accident was tackled according to standing emergency procedures applied at Bahrain International Airport." Regular traffic at the airport resumed after taking necessary precautions, said the statement, carried by the official Bahrain News Agency (BNA), also indicating that no one was injured in the accident.
