Dubai, Dhu-Al-Qa'dah 16, 1438, Aug 8, 2017, SPA -- Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, received a written message addressed to him from Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, dealing with the latest developments at the regional and international arenas as well as issues of common interest.
The message was delivered by the Kuwaiti Emir envoy Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during an audience held for him in Dubai today by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister of the UAE and Governor of the Emirate of Dubai.
