Afghanistan- 45 insurgents killed in NDS operations

(MENAFN- Afghanistan Times) AT-KBAUL: At least 45 Taliban and Daesh fighters were killed during an operation launched by the intelligence operatives in different provinces in the past 24 hours.

A press statement issued by National Directorate of Security (NDS) said that its operatives succeeded to kill 38 Taliban and 7 Daesh in different operations in the past 24 hours across the country.

Statement said that 36 Taliban insurgents killed during operations.

Ten Taliban fighters including an insurgent linked with Haqqani terrorist Network were arrested and handed over to judicial organs for further inquiry, added statement.

Intelligence personal also arrested a kidnaper as well, mentioned statement.

Five rifle of different weapons seized and two vehicles belonged to Taliban destroyed by intelligence operatives, concluded statement.
