A Hong Kong court on Monday sentenced a 69-year-old man to 18 months in jail for two counts of indecent assault of a 24-year-old Indonesian domestic worker, which he committed just a few days after moving to the city from the mainland.
On September 27, 2016, Ou Chengzhu, 69, a Chinese national who had obtained a Hong Kong identity card in April and migrated from Guangzhou in September to take care of his grandson, indecently assaulted his daughter's maid in an apartment in Ap Lei Chau on Hong Kong Island, Apple Daily reported.

The District Court heard that Ou patted the maid's buttocks and smiled at her while she was washing dishes. The victim was too scared to complain, the court heard.
Ou then assaulted the maid again the next day by first teasing her nipples, hugging her tightly, and stroking and licking her private parts before exposing his genitals and asking her to masturbate him.
The domestic worker, who arrived in Hong Kong in late July last year, was too afraid to tell her employer but reported the case to the employment agency immediately after the second assault, which led the arrest of Ou.
Ou pleaded for leniency, admitting his wrongdoings, but Deputy District Judge Ada Yim said the nature of the case was serious, as the assault was premeditated and occurred on two consecutive days.
