MANAMA, 27th July, 2017 (WAM) -- His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain has lauded King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, for his efforts and endeavours that resulted in the withdrawal of the restrictions imposed by the Israeli Occupation Forces on entry to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The efforts embody King Salman's pivotal leadership of the Islamic Nation, as well as the distinguished religious status enjoyed by sisterly Saudi Arabia at the regional and global arenas, the King was quoted as saying by Bahrain News Agency, BNA.
The Saudi monarch's endeavours also reflect the leading role played by Saudi Arabia in serving Islam and Muslims, and in defending the Muslim nation's causes and protecting its holy sites, King Hamad added.
HM stressed Bahrain's support to Saudi Arabia's efforts, as well as to those exerted by the regional and international parties, to achieve just and comprehensive peace in the region.
