Cheer for Children 2017

Can you imagine a world where a toddler, abused by someone they trusted, couldn't access the services they needed to heal? Fortunately for our community, the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy is able to provide direct services to over 700 children annually in a child friendly atmosphere lead by professionally trained staff. We work hard to ensure that these children will not have to cope with their traumatic experience alone. Will YOU help make a difference and prevent child abuse from defining a child's life? All proceeds raised helps GCCA provide a safe haven for abused children and victims of trafficking, assisting in the investigation of abuse cases, and providing therapy to help heal children and their families for as long as needed- all at no cost to the family. The Center also facilitates our statewide Prevention Training Program, and has trained over 105,000 adults in Georgia on how to recognize, react, and report child sexual abuse.
