(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR, 26 July: The district administration of Peshawar during different raids in the city have seized 6,000 litres of adulterated milk and disposed of the milk after laboratory tests.
Assistant Food Controller of Food Department Tasbeehullah and Rationing Controller Aftab Umar along with the Livestock Department officials conducted raids in Civil Quarters, Ramdas and Dilazak Road and sent samples from the milk shops for laboratory tests. 6,000 litres milk was disposed of in the canal after adulteration of chemicals and water was proved in the milk.
Tasbeehullah said the Food Department will carry out such raids in all parts of the city and adulterated milk will be disposed of.
