(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The temperature in UAE will be hot to very hot in general, partly cloudy and hazy at times, with a chance of convective clouds over some eastern and southern areas by afternoon, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said.
Clouds will increase over some areas, especially over the eastern and southren areas by afternoon, associated with some scattered rainfall.
Winds will be light to moderate in general, freshening at times over some exposed areas by morning, with a chance of blowing dust at times.
The lowest this morning was 25.6C in the Jais Mountain at 5:45am whille the highest temperature recorded on Sunday was 49.6 C in Saih al Salam at 2.15pm.
Maximum temperatures will surge to 49C inland, with lows of 24C expected in the mountains.
Winds will veer southeasterly to northeasterly, 12 - 25 Kph, reaching 35 Kph at times in the internal areas during daytime.
The relative humidity will increase during night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas. Relative humidity will increase during nights and mornings over some coastal and internal area.
Seas will be moderate over northern areas in the Arabian Gulf, and in the Sea of Oman.
The outlook for this week is more of the same, hot, partly cloudy and hazy at times during daytime, humid by night with a prbablity of fog formation by Thursday morning. Wind will be light to moderate freshening at times, especially from Tuesday, causing blowing dust and sand and poor horizontal visibility over exposed areas.
Clouds will increase over some areas, especially over the eastern and southren areas, associated with some scattered rainfall. Winds will be light to moderate in general. Seas will be moderate over northern areas in the Arabian Gulf and becoming rough from Tuesday in the Sea of Oman.
