(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Answering the call to help prepare the next generation of highly qualified, competent and job-ready graduates for Oman's energy sector, Takatuf Oman has announced projects under way to establish two technical training institutes, in partnerships with Schlumberger and Petrofac in November.
The announcement was made on the occasion of the visit of H E Eng Salim bin Nasser al Aufi, Undersecretary in the Ministry of Oil and Gas and H E Dr Mona bint Salim al Jardaniyah, Undersecretary for Technological Education and Vocational Training in the Ministry of Manpower.
'With every new project that is conceived towards the development of Omani human capital, industry and education move in tandem towards a workforce well-equipped to respond to our economy's call to innovate and excel,' said H E Dr Mona.
