(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR, July 24: A large number of students here Monday staged a protest outside Sarhad University of Science and Technology, a private university against increase in fee and lack of facilities in the university.
The students locked classrooms and complained that fees were increased every year that forced students to quit the university. The protesting students chanted slogans against the vice chancellor and administration of the university. They complained that despite increase in fees there were no facilities and classrooms lacking air-conditioners.
They complained that hostel rooms were also lacking facilities and demanded that either fees should be reduced or facilities provided.
