(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, July 23 (KUNA) -- Boursa Kuwait, formerly Kuwait Stock Exchange, announced on Sunday the nomination of board member Talal Al-Ghanim as its Chairman of the Board of Directors and Saad Al-Mutawa as his deputy.
The post was announced following the resignation of former board chairman, Mohammad Al-Saqqaf, and former deputy board chairman, Khaled Al-Khaled, according to a statement.
Both resignations have been approved by Kuwait's Capital Markets Authority, added the statement. (end) fh.sd
