Kenya's titanium shipments stay steady this year


(MENAFN) The industry posted that Kenya's titanium exports are estimated to sustain solid in 2017.

Base Titanium revealed that it plans to ship a total of 467,000 tonnes of ilmenite, which owns titanium oxide.

According to Base Titanium General Manager Joe Schwarz, "Kenya's titanium exports are expected to remain steady in 2017, as we have reached optimum production levels".

The mining Kenyan company exports all its output as there is no national request.
