Fed Reserve offers USD41mn to foreign central banks


(MENAFN) The Fed Reserve offered USD41mn of liquidity to global central banks in the latest week through its swap lines for global central banks.

Furthermore, the European Central Bank swapped USD40mn with a term of 7 days and a rate of 1.66 percent.

Additionally, the Bank of Japan swapped USD1mn with a term of 7 days and a rate of 1.65 percent.

Meanwhile, the Fed Reserve has established swap arrangements with the Bank of Canada, the Bank of England, the European Central Bank and other banks.
