(MENAFN) the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics revealed that home prices in the country has decreased month on month in June.
Moreover, the data showed that prices of new homes reduced by 0.4% month on month in the previous month, a second month-on-month drop since February.
Never the less, prices of second-hand homes were cut down 1.1% in wake of a 0.9-percent fall a month earlier.
The data further revealed, during H1, home sales dropped 29.7% year on year to reach 2.7 million square meters.
