Daewoo Shipbuilding completes building the fourth FPSO


(MENAFN) Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., a South Korean shipbuilder, revealed that it has handled an offshore oil stage facility, which is considered the 4th one out of the 5 FPSO units orders.

Moreover, the company added that it has approved a USD2 billion deal with Inpex Corp. of Japan aiming to create the needed floating production and storage offloading (FPSO) unit.

Never the less, the FPSO is launched in order to develop and store oil or natural gas, adding that it is able to move to serve several places.
