(MENAFN) Morocco's National Railway Operator has floated tenders for the reconstruction and renovation of the Jamai Palace hotel in Fes at a value of USD59mn.
Moreover, ONCF had been authorized by a decree published in the official gazette to launch a new subsidiary dedicated for the revamp of the luxury hotel.
Additionally, the preferred bidder will be selected in mid-Sep and the work on Jamai Palace hotel will start by Oct.
In 2014, the hotel was closed for the renovation work and its reopening is organized for 2019.
