Bahrain condemns terror attack in Pakistan
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MANAMA, July 17 (KUNA) -- Bahrain has strongly condemned the suicidal terrorist attack which targeted a police vehicle in Peshawar in Pakistan that killed and injured a number of policemen.
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its deep condolences to the families of the victims and wishes the injured a speedy recovery, vowing solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in its war on terror and efforts to establish security and peace," the ministry said in a statement.
"The ministry reiterates the unyielding stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain that rejects terrorism of all forms and calls for concerted international efforts to eliminate this dangerous phenomenon and counter anyone who supports or funds it, so as to maintain the world's security and peace," it added.(end).
