Tamil National Alliance (TNA) Parliamentarian M A Sumanthiran has filed a case against the 65000 housing project of the Government.
Sumanthiran has sought a stay order on the project to be carried out by Metal constriction France.
The TNA has strongly opposed the housing project in the North and East saying it does not meet the needs of the people.
Sumanthiran says the project has also violated the tender procedure and has been given for a higher cost.
