Pakistan- Two killed in aerial firing at wedding in Charsadda


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) CHARSADDA, 09 July: Two persons were killed in aerial firing during a wedding ceremony in Sokhta village of Shabqdar tehsil in Charsadda district on Sunday night, police said.
According to police, a man lost control over his pistol during aerial firing when guests were enjoying a musical program at the wedding ceremony in Sokhta village. Two young men identified as Moeed and Yaseen received bullets and died on the spot. Police said that the culprit was drunk at the time of the firing. Police said that the accused managed to flee from the scene after committing the crime.
Police said that the deceased and the accused were relatives of the bride. They added that raids were being conducted to arrest the culprit.
