Dubai to receive 12 new private hospitals by 2020


(MENAFN) A whole of 12 new private hospitals will open in Dubai by 2020, growing the number of private hospitals in the emirate to 38.

Recently, the authority exposed there was a 4 percent increase in the number of private medical health facilities in the country in the second quarter of the year.

Moreover, these facilities involve 26 hospitals, four fertility centers, and 34 one-day-surgery centers, 1.624 specialized and general medical complexes.

Additionally, 26 hospitals opening this year, the authority's Health Regulation Department proclaimed the 12 new private hospitals opening in the coming three years will offer patients with 875 beds.
