MAFRAQ —AlGhad— A number of stray Syrian bomb shells intended for the rebel-held Nasseib border crossing, on the Syrian side of the northern borderline, hit the Jaber Border Crossing Customs Facility, afternoon today, Saturday.

Damages were limited to buildings and the holding area, but no human casualties or injuries were reported, according to a Jordan Armed Forces—Arab Army statement.

Eye witnesses say jets were bombing the Syrian side of the border crossing, when the two shells strayed into Jordanian territories and hit the customs building.

A third shell landed near the interstate highway.

Daraa now, the South-most Syrian province, is seeing violent clashes between the Syrian Army and rebels, in an attempt by government forces to retake the area.
