Octal's recycling capacity to hit 90.000 metric tons in Oman
(MENAFN) Octal proclaimed that its recycling capacity for polyethylene terephthalate resin, bottles, pre-form and sheet will surpass 90.000 metric tons per annum by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, the firm's Salalh and Cincinnati plants will increase their processing of PET to more than 10.500 kilograms every hour.
Accordingly, the innovative proprietary recycling and treatment tech is making it possible to recycle PET at this rate, whereas producing a prime product that surpasses all minimum direct food.
Furthermore, all products are fully recyclable and have a demonstrated recycle content of 15 percent, above the European average of 11.7 percent.
