Kuwait- Forgers face law


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, July 2: The recommendations of the fact-finding committee of Kuwait University that was formed to study the issue of fake certificates at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training will be implemented, reports Al-Anba daily quoting legal sources. However, this does not include the certificates of those who were on scholarships. The sources revealed according to the corrective decisions two categories will be deprived from taking up posts and this includes legal positions obtained as a result of fake either issued by universities that really do not exist or certificates issued by universities but have no records at these universities. In addition to depriving the forgers of employment, they will be referred to the Public Prosecution.
