Through the MOU, Flour would be considered for abstract; pre-front-end engineering and design (FEED); FEED; engineering, procurement and construction management.
Additionally, Flour has worked with Ma'aden for almost 10 years, while it has executed work in excess of USD15bn for projects involving the Ma'aden Aluminum Complex.
