Iranian Inflation rate to reach 10.2%


(MENAFN) The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has recently said that the inflation rate for the 12-month period ended in the last day of the third Iranian calendar month of Khordad (June 21) has accounted for 10.2% from the exact period in the past year.

The Statistical Center has previously set Iran"s inflation rate for the 12-month period ended in Khordad at 7.4% in the urban areas as well as 8.5% in the rural areas.

On the other hand, the center has assumed that the country"s inflation rate will hit 9.8% in the past Iranian calendar year 1395 (ended on March 20).
