Barwa Bank organised an Iftar event for the residents at the Qatar Foundation for Elderly People Care (Ihsan), as part of its #WelcomeRamadanWithGoodness campaign.
For the second year in a row, and in the framework of its Ramadan Campaign this year, the Bank held this open-handed initiative towards the elderly as a celebration of the Holy Month's noble human values and culture of charity. Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Talal Al-Khaja, Chief Communications Officer at Barwa Bank, said:
'At Barwa Bank, we consider the holy month of Ramadan an ideal opportunity for all of us to translate the meaning of cooperation and brotherhood into real terms. Thus, hosting an Iftar in their honor for the second consecutive year is the least we can do at Barwa Bank to express our gratitude and appreciation for their tremendous hard work.
